I am a senior student at Karuna Institute. My journey in training to be a psychotherapist has come from my own search for healing,
In my healing journey I have found a home in Buddhist meditation. This process led me to the Karuna Institute where the wisdom of Buddhist and Western psychology is integrated into a programme of psychotherapeutic study at Masters degree level.
